What You'll Do

As a Contract Field Installation Technician, you'll be representing HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables 2 in the field, handling some of the most important touchpoints in our customer experience. That includes:

• Delivering and professionally installing hot tubs, saunas, pool tables, and other wellness products at customer homes
• Completing service calls including routine maintenance, repairs, and water care as needed
• Ensuring every delivery and service visit is handled safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
• Providing customers with a positive, professional experience and answering questions about their products
• Keeping accurate records of deliveries, service calls, and any follow-up needs

What We're Looking For

• Experience in delivery, installation, mechanical service, or a related trade is strongly preferred
• Self-directed and dependable — you manage your time and show up ready to work
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to safely handle and maneuver large, heavy products
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Experience with hot tubs, saunas, or similar equipment is a plus — but we're willing to work with the right contractor
