Job Description

As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have the best ownership experience possible. You will be responsible for delivering our hot tubs and pool tables to customers' homes, setting them up, and providing a demonstration of how to use and maintain them. Your goal will be to exceed our customers' expectations and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their purchase.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in delivery or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hot tubs and pool tables to customers' homes
• Set up products according to manufacturer guidelines
• Provide a demonstration of how to use and maintain products
• Answer any questions customers may have
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly
