Field Service Tech

Service & Valet Tech – HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables 2 | Bismarck, ND

At HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables 2, the sale doesn't end at delivery — it's just the beginning of the relationship. As a Service & Valet Tech in Bismarck, you'll be the expert our customers count on to keep their investment running perfectly, their water clean, and their experience exactly what they hoped for when they bought it.

What You'll Do

You'll be out in the field every day, visiting customers at their homes and making sure their hot tubs, saunas, and other wellness products are performing at their best. That includes:

  • Performing routine maintenance, water care, and repairs on hot tubs, spas, and saunas
  • Diagnosing technical issues and completing repairs efficiently and correctly
  • Providing valet water care services — testing, balancing, and treating water on a scheduled basis so customers can just enjoy their tub
  • Educating customers on proper water care and maintenance techniques
  • Delivering and assisting with setup of new products at customer locations when needed
  • Representing HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables 2 with professionalism and a friendly, helpful attitude on every visit

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience servicing hot tubs, spas, saunas, or similar equipment is a strong plus — but we're willing to train the right person
  • Solid mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a route independently
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
