As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience when it comes to servicing and maintaining their hot tubs and pool tables.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service appointments for customers, ensuring that technicians are scheduled in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their service requests
• Work closely with the service team to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a focus on providing the best customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
