Service Tech/Water Care Tech

HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables in Bismarck ND is seeking a Service Tech/Water Care Tech to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in providing the best customer experience for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs, spas, and pools
• Assist customers with water care questions and provide solutions
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate repairs
• Deliver and set up new hot tubs and pool tables at customer locations
• Educate customers on proper maintenance and care techniques

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in servicing hot tubs, spas, or saunas preferred
• Strong technical and mechanical skills
