Job Description:
As a Service Tech at HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables in Bismarck, ND, your main responsibility will be enhancing service for our customers. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with hot tubs, saunas, pools, and other related products. You will also assist customers with maintenance tips, complete valet care and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a knack for troubleshooting. You should be comfortable working with tools, fixing issues, and have excellent communication skills. A background in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair issues with hot tubs and pool tables
- Provide maintenance tips and advice to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Keep accurate records of service calls and repairs
- Work with the sales team to upsell products and services
- Treat water in pools and spas
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver's license
